EZLabpure™ Mixed Cellulose Ester MCE Membrane Disc Filters are biologically inert and one of the most widely used membranes in research applications. With a smoother, more uniform surface than pure nitrocellulose filters, these MCE membrane filters deliver superior flow rates and can withstand autoclaving up to 130°C without adversely affecting bubble point, flow rate, or microbiological recovery. MCE membrane filter discs are widely used for sterilizing biological fluids, microbiological testing, and analytical applications.
MCE filtration membrane discs are available in 0.22µm, 0.45µm, and 0.8µm pore sizes offered in 13mm, 25mm, 47mm and 90mm diameters. Die Cut Membranes are supplied non-sterile for research & analytical use. Membrane disc filters comply with USP Class VI Standards.
