The K-8010D Phenols HR CHEMets® Test Kit (0-300 ppm) comes in a plastic case and contains everything needed to perform 30 tests (except distilled water): HR CHEMets® Refill, Flat Comparator, 25 mL sample cup, 1.0 mL syringe, 1 bottle of S-8000 activator, and instructions.
The S-8000 Phenol Activator Solution is dosed into the sample prior to analysis. Legacy versions came in the form of orange crystals on the ampoule tip, the activator reagent is now supplied as a solution.
