This digital thermometer has a temperature range of -50° C to 300° C (-58° F to 572° F) with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree. The max/min key allows you to see the maximum and minimum temperature. The power saving mode turns off after 10 minutes. Includes one 1.5 V (LR1130) battery. Overall length is 6.1” and probe is 4” long.
