General description: Dog IgGs are glycoprotein antibodies that regulate several immunological responses. Canine IgGs can be used as markers for detecting immune-mediated haemolytic anaemia, adverse food reactions and also for assessing the risk of L. infantum transmission in dogs. Anti-Dog IgG (whole molecule) antibody is specific for IgG in dogs when tested against normal dog serum and dog IgG by double-diffusion and immunoelectrophoretic assays prior to conjugation.
Application: Alkaline-phosphatase rabbit anti-dog IgG antibody was used in ELISA assays to detect IgGs to the antigen B. burgdorfer in canine sera samples at a dilution of 1:1000.
Application: Rabbit anti-dog IgG (whole molecule)-alkaline phosphatase antibody has been used as a secondary antibody in ELISA and immunoblot assays for the screening of autoreactive antibodies in female dogs.
Application: Anti-Dog IgG (whole molecule)-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is suitable for use in dot blot (1:4,000), direct ELISA (1:4,000) and in chemiluminescent western blot (1:4,000).
Immunogen: IgG isolated from pooled normal dog serum
Physical form: Solution in 0.05 M Tris, pH 8.0, containing 1% bovine serum albumin, 1 mM MgCl2 and 15 mM sodium azide
