This A-STIM1 antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at ~74 kDa in size corresponding to STIM1 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.  Mouse thymus tissue lysate or human spleen tissue lysate can be used as positive control.
