The burner or spirit lamp also known as an alcohol lamp, has a protective plastic cover and plastic base and handle, which makes it safer to use and relocate, while working in the lab, versus traditional spirit or alcohol lamps. The reservoir is made from molded glass and holds 70ml of alcohol. Replacement wicks are also available.
