MgCl2 Solution

MgCl2 solution is a ready-to-use solution for use with DNA polymerases in PCR reactions. The buffer comes in a convenient concentration of 50mM MgCl2. Simply use 1μl in a 50μl reaction for a final Mg2+ concentration of 1mM.
