Application: Primary Human Pulmonary Artery Endothelial Cells (HPAEC) are isolated from human pulmonary arteries (the main pulmonary artery, left and right branches) and are provided in a cryopreserved format. Since the pulmonary arteries carry blood from the heart to the lungs, they are the only arteries (other than umbilical arteries) that carry deoxygenated blood.
