Application: Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: ELISA: 1:1000-1:10000, FACS: 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IHC-F: Assay-dependent dilution, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, IP: 1:100-1:500, WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions: Cell surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans are composed of a membrane-associated protein core substituted with a variable number of heparan sulfate chains. Members of the glypican-related integral membrane proteoglycan family (GRIPS) contain a core protein anchored to the cytoplasmic membrane via a glycosyl phosphatidylinositol linkage.
