Western Blotting and ELISA Supplies

This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of biotinylated IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ONPG as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:100 to 1:3,000 is suggested for this product.

Protein A Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugated is suitable as a detection agent for primary antibodies that are of the IgG isotype. With the addition of pNPP in ELISA experiments, a yellow product is generated that can be detected on a plate reader.
