Glass Joints & Adapters

Adapter has a Nylon compression cap and a Viton o-ring to form a vacuum tight seal. Cap accommodates 5.0 - 7.5mm O.D. thermometer or gas inlet tube. The 8mm hose connection can be used for N2/Ar introduction or vacuum. Supplied with one Nylon cap and one Viton o-ring.

These PYREX® Claisen adapters have 19/22 Standard Taper outer joints at the upper end and on the parallel sidearm and an inner 19/22 Standard Taper joint at the lower end.

Allows introduction of reactants below the interior surface. Hose connection has a O.D. of 10mm at the largest serration and is bent downward at a 90º angle to the inner joint.

Used with plain stem Buchner funnels and pluro-stopper. Hose connector has an O.D. of 10mm at the largest serration. Joint is a standard taper inner joint. Pluro-stoppers are not included.
