Lab cylinders are an instrument used to receive liquids and accurately provide volumetric calculations. Availability includes two types — graduated and volumetric.
Graduated cylinders can provide approximate volume measurements. Volumetric cylinders offer high precision and accuracy with the volume of the specific measurement, so choosing between the two depends on the accuracy level required and the application in the lab. Some cylinders offer extended features, including autoclavability and raised graduations for easy readability, and some carry a tapered spout that enables easy pouring of reagents. Available in various sizing options and materials such as glass and plastic, we have measuring cylinders suitable for all laboratory applications to ensure accuracy and precise results.
